Rosenwald Schools

As part of the ongoing project, View of Educational Structures, I am photographing and building architectural models of schools that were built with the help of the Julius Rosenwald Fund. From 1912 to 1932 the Julius Rosenwald Fund assisted in creating a change in school architectural design, provide seed money for safe and purpose-built state-of-the art schools for the African American population across the southern states of America.
