Picture of My Pupils
(2025) 5x7, Pigment Ink Print
Laura R. Pine sent this postcard to Miss Esther Carlson, in Garfield, Kansas on September 13th, 1913. The image on the front of the card gelatin silver print of students playing on school playground equipment. The cards handwriting cursive message reads: Dear Esther, I don’t hear from you any more. Do I owe you a letter? Wonder how your school is this year? And are Spitz & Fritz almost grown up cats? Here is a picture of a few of my pupils & part of the play ground. They like the swings very much. We have 32 in our room. Laura R. Pine
